Here are the rates and payment details.
- All rental payments are subject to an additional 7% Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Tourism tax.
- A $150.00 deposit is required to reserve your stay. For your convenience this payment may be made by check or by credit card.
- The dates you are requesting will not be reserved until we have received your deposit.
- A check for the final balance must be received at least 20 days prior to your arrival date.
Life is unpredictable and we know that sometimes plans change. In case you ever need to reschedule or even cancel your reservation, here is our refund policy.
- Cancellation more than 60 days before start of stay: Full refund.
- Cancellation 15-60 days before start of stay: Refund less the $150 deposit. The $150.00 can be applied towards a future stay at Casa Amarilla.
- Cancellation 14 or fewer days before start of stay: No refund, but your payments can be applied towards a future stay at Casa Amarilla
